HIKING WITH THE HUSKIES
If you love huskies and hiking, this might be great activity for you. This experience will bring you to nature of Kuusamo and together with your husky you will experience the amazing views.
When you arrived to our farm, our guide welcomes you and will bring you to our huskies home. You will get to know them, learn about their normal day and how we are taking care of them. After kennel visit, your guide choose carefully suitable hiking buddy to each participant. Dog is attached to a leash in a belt and it will help you hike by pulling. Our guide leads you through to the beautiful hiking tracks.
We have two slightly different hikes to choose from. Minimum for this activity is 2 people. The price includes the gear, snacks after the hike and guided visit in to the kennel.

Pimun Pyrähdys
This is a short and easy hiking track. Each participant over the age of 8 will get a belt and we will choose a suitable husky for you. When everybody have own hiking buddy, our guide leads you through our peaceful hiking tracks. The length of this hike is about 2–3 km and the total duration of the program is about 2 hours.
After the walk you will grill sausages in our Kota and we serve you cinnamon bun, coffee and cold juice.

Hike to Pyhäjärvi
Each participant over the age of 8 will get a belt and we will choose a suitable husky for you. This longer hike goes near Pyhävaara’s beautiful area and in the middle of the hike we will stop by the Pyhäjärvi lake to cool off with the dogs. The length of this hike is about 6–7 km and the total duration of the program is about 4 hours.
After the walk you will grill sausages in our Kota and we serve you cinnamon bun, coffee and cold juice.
