SUMMER multi activity week in KUUSAMO

Guided trekking in Oulanka National Park, partly by Beartrail with canoe and by foot. Overnighting in a tent and good company, beautiful views, nights in a tent,  and swimming in chrystal clear waters. We will continue the GRRENLINE way with arctic animals; hiking with huskies, visit the reindeers farm, try to a catch BIG fish and see the KING of the forset THE BEAR....

The programme shortly:
ARRIVAL DAY 1   Transfer from airport to your accommodation and dinner. Info about the coming week.

DAY 2  PADDLING   Transfer to starting place of paddling. Paddling in upper Oulankariver, take a pause  in Taivalköngäs where we have to move the canoes by land over the big rapid. Coming to Kiutaköngäs and having a dinner in our Safaricafe SUSI. Continue the paddling by the Oulankariver down where we leave to canoes to Nurmisaari and overnight in a tent.

DAY 3 - 4 HIKING   Two days hiking by the Bear Trail, beautiful scenery, with wonderfull views along the rapids of the river Kitka. Our end point will be in Juuma village. Overnight in a motel/cabin

DAY 5 - 6 ARCTIC ANIMALS  These 2 days are full of animals: friendly huskies, nice reindeer, big fish, wild bears... You will have chance to visit them all. Feel the the strong huskies in a husky-hiking in the Ruka area and visit the husky farm with over 200 sledgedogs. Meet the wild bears in a hiding place by the Russian border. Try to catch a nice fish and having it for the lunch.

DEPARTURE DAY 7   Breakfast in a motel/cottage. Free morning depending on the the flights and the transport to Kuusamo airport. Time to say goodbye

INCLUDING      4 nights in a motel/cottage, 2 nights in a tent. Full board during the tour (excluding alcohol), tents, sleepingbags,  canoes with safety-gears, guiding, transfers from accommodation and back in Ruka-area and insurance.
  
If you prefer you can bring your own tent or sleepingbag.

All these activities can be made also separately and make a package 2, 3 or 4 days as you wish. Also possible to stay the all nights in a hotel or in a motel or in a cottage with everything you wish... just ask us!
