We have now 6 reindeers at our huskyfarm. 3 males pulling the sledge and 3 girls. We can do reindeer rides to small groups and call for extra help if need for the bigger groups up to 200 customers per day.

VALOKKI
Our Mother-reindeer(vaadin) is called Valokki and she moved to our place from Rovaniemeltä spring 2007. He is very calm and nice, but she can also keep very good care of her babies; LUMIKKI (2009) and HILLA (2010) Next summer 2011 there will be no babies, because lack of the fiance... Valokki is born in 2003.

ARCTIC
is our first own reindeer who pulls the sledge. He is born in Uusitalo reindeer farm near Rovaniemi 2000. He is very stedy runner, but the harnissing can be sometimes little difficult... |

MASA
has been training to be real sledge reinderr now 2 winters. He is very friendly and calm, do not mind about the human touch, we think he will be soon very good one. He is born 2005 in Kuusamo Takkula´s reindeer farm. |
PEKKA
moved to our farm this autumn 2010 from Ranua. This 5-years old driving reindeer is very friendly and nice and also very easy to harness and drive. The other boys have welcomed him very well... |

LUMIKKI
has born here in our farm 24.05.2009. Her parents are VALOKKI ja MASA. Lumikki´s hide is totally white, that´s why she is called The SnowWhite...
When she was born she has got blue eyes like huskies. She is very tame and used to meet visitors

HILLA
is born last spring 20.05.10. Her parents are the same as Lumikki´s. Her birth-hide was red-brown like a bambi, but now Hilla has turn to be grey. She is still very tight with her mother and she is not as tame as Lumikki.

We are husky farn, but we also have few reindeer and you can meet and ride with them. BUT if you like to visit traditionel, old REINDEER hearder home and farm; we can arrange also that to you and your friends.
We can book the meeting and transport you with our own guide and car.
