Our huskyfarm in Ruka is keeping us hurried all around the year. We started 1998 with 8 dogs as a small company and doing everything by ourselves.
Now in the season 2011-2012 we have about 200 sledgedogs. Mr Wolf is a owner of the company and he quarantee that the programmes are in good guality. Here is little info about our staff..

Peter Finnäs, foreman and wilderness guide
Peter is our Greeline Line Man and he has 15 years experience of the nature safaris. He is working as a foreman here in the huskyfarm during the winter season. In the summertime you will find him by the River Oulanka with the canoes. |

Tenho Sunnari, sledgedog-guide & service
Tenho stated his work in our Takkusalmi huskyfarm in the beginning of season 2006. Next season 2007 he moved to our Ruka farm and now he is taking care of our huskies, guiding the husky tours and maintaining the trails. |

Suvi Koukkari, Sledgedog guide & allrounder
Suvi started with us in the winter 2009. She is always there where we need her. She is good with the huskies, in our cafeteria and also sometimes in the office; making book-keeping or safari-bookings. |

Julius Kuusisaari, sledgedog guide & service
Julius began his work and training in Sept 2010 to graduate to be a wilderness guide with us . He is also a chef and lived many years abroad, so his good language skills are very good base to be a guide.

Arvo Rontti, service man
Arvo started to work with us in february 2007 in Liikasenvaara farm. He takes care of our dogs, like feeding and giving the drink to the dogs, cleaning the kennels and so. In october 2008 he will start to work in our Ruka-farm and today also harnessing the dogs during the high season.

Ivan Dubyshev, sledgedog-guide & cafeteria
Ivan starts his work with us christmas time 2008 and now he is working in the farm beside his studies. Summer 2010 he was working mainly in our cafe Kiutaköngäs. Wintertime he is one of our guides in the husky safaris. |

Marko Kauppinen, Wilderness Guide
Marko started is work with our huskies autumn 2010 and did all our 5-days safaries last year. Now he is the main guide in Rokua. In the summertime he is a skipper with river rafting boats here in Kuusamo, river Kitka. His first husky named-HISKI will follow also him to Rokua. |

Harri SUMU Lahtinen, Wilderness Guide
Everybody knows him by the name SUMU...He is a Wilderness Guide year 2000. He has been working as a husky guide in Taivalkoski and now he is working with our huskies in Rokua. He doesn´t go lost in the woods, because he is making 4 weeks long hikings in the wilderness by himself. |

Tapani Saarikko, Chef at the Safaricafe SUSI
Tapani is our chef and his position is in our SafariCafe SUSI (=Wolf) in Oulanka National Park. Tapsa begans his job Oct 2008. He will take cafe of the cafeteria ja food serving, giving safari-info and of course will sell our own and our Pan Park partners safaries. |

Sisko begins her work in the cafeteria last spring 2010. She is almost living in the Oulanka Park, so her local knowledge about the area is very good...
