Our huskyfarm in Ruka is keeping us hurried all around the year. We started 1998 with 8 dogs as a small company and doing everything by ourselves.
Now in the season 2009-2010 we have about 200 sledgedogs. Mr Wolf is a owner of the company and he quarantee that the programmes are in good guality. Here is little info about our staff..

Tenho Sunnari, sledgedog-guide & service
Tenho stated his work in our Takkusalmi huskyfarm in the beginning of season 2006, where he was taking care of our Takkula farm huskies, guiding the husky tours and maintaining the trails there. Next season 2007 he moved to our Ruka farm. |

Ivan Dubyshev, sledgedog-guide & cafeteria
Ivan starts his work with us christmas time 2008 and now he is working in the farm beside his studies. This summer he will work mainly in our cafe Kiutaköngäs also with the canoes. |

Arvo Rontti, service man
Arvo started to work with us in february 2007 in Liikasenvaara farm. He takes care of our dogs, like feeding and giving the drink to the dogs, cleaning the kennels and so. In october 2008 he will start to work in our Ruka-farm and today also harnessing the dogs during the high season.

Suvi Koukkari, Sledgedog guide & allrounder
Suvi is the Newest member in our team. She is always there where we need her. She is good with the huskies, in our cafeteria and also sometimes in the office; making book-keeping or safari-bookings. |

Urho Ahomaa, Sledgedog guide
Urho first game to us as a traineer in the age of 15 years from the Middle Finland. Now he has already moved to Kuusamo with his own racing siberians. He is working to us beside his studies.

WINTER GUIDES

Tuija Tiermas, Head of the guides
Tuija has been with us since 1998; so already 11 years. During the high season she will plan the timetables for the dogs and guides. Tuija´s own huskies Salla, Sisu and Allu are running in our teams. She is working with us in the wintertime.

Peter Finnäs, sledgedog-guide
Besides Peter´s own GREENLINE SAFARIS- company, he will be working with us in the wintertime. He has been working with sledgedogs after the Wilderness Guide -course 1997, so it is very easy to fit in our workteam. |

Heikki has been working as a sledgedog guide with us already many years. As a cattle farmer he is used to work with much larger animals, but harnessing the dogs and leading safaries is easy to him.

Tapani Saarikko, Chef at the Safaricafe SUSI
Tapani is our chef and his position is in our SafariCafe SUSI (=Wolf) in Oulanka National Park. Tapsa begans his job 01.10.2008. He will take cafe of the cafeteria ja food serving, giving safari-info and of course will sell our own and our Pan Park partners safaries.

Sisko Kauttio, cafeteria
Sisko is our summer worker in the cafeteria this summer 2010. She is almost living in the Oulanka Park, so her local knowledge about the area is very good...
